10 Ways to Raise Your Personal Vibration

If you want to find the secrets to a happier you, do the same. Since we know that everything in the universe is made of energy that vibrates at different frequencies, we know that we are emitting all kinds of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual frequencies right now. Have you checked in with yourself lately? Are things stagnant in certain areas of your life? Where can you raise your personal vibration to one that flows with high energy, love, and light?

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” - Nikola Tesla

1. Observe

Take note of your thoughts. Listen to how you are speaking to yourself as well as what you are saying. Do not judge or try to change your thoughts, just observe the inner monologue you have with yourself on a day to day basis.

2. Meditate

Sit down, close your eyes, and breathe. Do not attach yourself to any thoughts, let them pass. Listen to the sounds happening around you. Feel the weight of your body being held down by gravity. If you are a beginner to meditation, try a simple breathing exercise.

3. Express

Express your emotions. Emotions are a biochemical feedback system that signify your vibrational frequency. Personally, I go on a rant to myself in a video. I say all of the negative feelings that I am having and by the end of it my mind has created a positive spin on the situation. It is a way to raise the low vibrational frequency I am giving off. Figure out your own way to let go, or try mine!

4. Conscious Effort

We are all aware of the things that make us feel better so get up and do those feel good things. Write down a list of things that make you happy and pull them out anytime you’re in a funk. Try adding a few things to the list that you have not tried yet but you think might make you happy. Trying something new is a great way to grow and gain confidence that ultimately raises your personal vibration.

5. Tune In

What music makes you want to get up and dance? Music floods the brain with dopamine, the chemical associated with pleasure, motivation, and reward. Play that funky music and tune into a higher frequency.

6. Absorb

The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. This means that energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another. Align yourself with people, places, and beings that give off a high frequency and you, too, will catch hold of it. At the end of the day you are the only one with the power to change your frequency so allow yourself to match the high frequency of nature or your good friend.

7. Inspire Yourself

Do this daily with a book, movie, magazine, or podcast. Be sure that the information you are digesting prompts a creative, playful impulse.

8. Physical Activity

Take a hike, practice yoga, go for a run, do any exercise that you actually enjoy doing. Exercise increases endorphins and endorphins make us happy, raising our vibrational frequency.

9. Relax

Check in with your body throughout the day. Whether you are sitting or standing or walking you can scan from head to toe and see where you can loosen up. Our bodies tend to tense up throughout the day because of thoughts and emotions. If we can give ourselves a gentle reminder to loosen up our body, our brain is signaled to relax as well. You can even do this during physical activity.

10. Accept

Show up and accept what is happening in your life. Resistance is self-sabotage fueled by fear that only brings more tension into our lives. Let’s say you get a flat tire on your way to work, you cannot waste your energy on thinking why did this happen to me or I should’ve stayed home. Focus on replacing it with your spare tire. If you choose to focus on the situation as a problem, you can’t see the solution.
