Amy Ippoliti: We’ve had such a brutal winter (as I know much of the USA has had) so I’m just celebrating every day that the sun is shining and it’s above 30 degrees by getting on my bike and into the outdoor swimming pool for training!

Natasha Rizopoulos: Spring cleaning according to the principles of Marie Kondo If it doesn’t spark joy, bid it a fond farewell.

Meditations + Mantras:

Rina Jacubowicz: I welcome the spring season with the mantra that "Even this shall pass away." Every season reminds us that something has to fall in order for something else to grow in its place. Of course, being from Miami I have only experienced the Summer season all year long but the this mantra is important regardless of the weather.
