Offering rejuvenation and inspiration to all who enter its tropical grounds, the festival invites some of the world’s greatest instructors offering diverse workshops in yoga, meditation, music and dance, as well as seminars in healing and health.
We’ve caught up with some of BaliSpirit’s teachers and presenters to find out their top wellbeing tips as well as finding out why they love BaliSpirit Festival so much!

YNON: What are your top tips(s) on bringing more spirit into one's daily life
FF: By developing daily practices like yoga or any form of movement. Practicing gratitude for all the simple things of life, like the food we eat and the people we share time and space with and celebrating life on the daily to remind ourselves of how blessed and sacred life is.
YNON: One top wellbeing thought you always remind yourself of when life gets off the track
FF: Our challenges are also our gifts; they are blessings in disguise that lead us into more fully blossomed versions of ourselves. So, breathe, find a way to be grateful, and remember that this too shall pass.
YNON: Your recipe of a healthy & happy life
FF: Practice all of the things that help me light up and come alive. For me this is finding time to simply be, to practice yoga, meditation & dance, to play, be in nature, to create, to read and learn, to connect and make music, to serve and bring joy and inspiration to others, to surround myself with awesome friends, and to fill my body and soul with full power love & gratitude.
YNON: One top thing you hope the participants of your workshop at BSF-2015 will take out
FF: Play is a powerful source of creativity, lifelong learning, expression and flow and as such is an essential part of health, happiness, and wellbeing. It helps us feel alive, empowered, inspired, calm, focused, making our lives more enjoyable and productive. We are never too old to learn new tricks, and with just a bit of practice and an open mind, everything is possible!
YNON: What are you hoping to take our of BSF-2015 for yourself?
FF: I’m so looking forward to aligning and connecting with this passionate and knowledgeable community to activate and spread new inspirations, insights, co-creations, connections and collaborations.
