Coby Kozlowski, M.A., E-RYT, is a professional life coach, inspirational speaker, movement artist, yoga and dance teacher, expressive arts therapist, and expert in transformative leadership. Coby leads leadership workshops, offers life coaching and teaches yoga at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She is an E-RYT, registered 500-hour vinyasa flow yoga teacher, 500-hour Kripalu yoga teacher, and has completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training with Shiva Rea. She is a certified ayurvedic health educator, certified Yoga Ed. teacher, certified flower essence practitioner, certified Journey Dance and Trance Dance teacher. Coby has completed the master level Avatar Training. She is also trained in Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing Technique and Laury Rappaport’s Focusing-Oriented Art Therapy.
Danny Arguetty, M.A., E-RYT, has studied and practiced extensively in the Kripalu and Anusara approach to yoga. He is the author of Nourishing the Teacher: inquiries, contemplations & insights on the path of yoga, and is passionate about supporting yoga teachers in expanding their teaching practice on and off the mat and has been a faculty member at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health from 2006-2011 teaching classes, workshops, and serving as faculty in Kripalu’s basic and advanced teacher trainings. Danny currently leads 200-hr yoga teacher trainings in Southern California, works with private clients, and teaches yoga and wellness to undergraduates at Williams College in Williamstown MA.Danny continues to dedicate his time to further study with his primary teacher Dr. Douglas Brooks, one of the leading scholars on Tantra in the West.
Katie Brauer is known for her progressive approach and inspirational teaching style. Her philosophy is simple: support students for success by combining intelligent class structure and sequencing with a light hearted and spontaneous flavor. Through yoga and her extensive studies in Craniosacral Therapy, Kung Fu and Somatic Movement, Katie offers students the tools to practice and live from a place of awareness, engagement and co-participation.
Katie serves as the Director of Yoga Programming and Teacher Trainings at Yoga Six, leads workshops and works with private clients from high profile Olympians, professional athletes, and celebrities to students in her weekly classes. You may find Katie on stage at one of the nations big Yoga Festivals, leading a Yoga retreat or Teacher Training in paradise or in the comfort of your own home on Gaiam TV.
