The Southeast Yoga Conference (formerly known as the “Atlanta Yoga Conference”) will take place on Friday, October 5th through Sunday, October 7th at the W Atlanta Downtown. This year, the conference will host 16 national, regional and local teachers, a Marketplace, a Symposium, a Kick-Off party and much more!
This year’s event will host many amazing national and regional presenters, including David Regelin, Faith Hunter, Coral Brown, Sara Ivanhoe, Jim Bennitt, Sarah Faircloth, Jessica Jollie, and Sean Tebor. As always, a select lineup of local teachers have been included, some who have presented at the conference for many years now and others who will present with us for the first time, including Gina Minyard, Rutu Chaudhari, Jeff Sousa, Joe Palese, Marti Yura, Cheryl Crawford, and Isabelle Casey.
In addition to the two-hour asana-based workshops offered by these presenters on Saturday and Sunday, the conference will also having a wonderful symposium Friday afternoon featuring presentations addressing yoga and nutrition, yoga and ayurveda, the business of yoga, asana demonstrations, and a Q&A with some of our national teachers.
Following the symposium, the conference’s kick-off party will begin Friday evening in the beautiful Wet Bar in the W Downtown; as always, it is free and open to everyone in our yoga community.
