Join Jill Miller for a Hips & Bliss Immersion at YogaWorks Larchmont in Los Angeles, CA!
Learn specific anatomy of the hips, legs, knees ankles and feet to expand your own practice or take into your classroom as you teach. Trainees are guided through a variety of hands-on adjustments, new assessment strategies, injury scenarios, deeper meditation instruction, and improving their teaching performance of these specific body regions. 4 main sessions include:
Yoga Tune Up Hips – Thursday 6/21, 12:30am – 6pm
Yoga Tune Up KneeHab – Friday 6/22, 11am – 5:30pm
Breathe In, Bliss Out – Saturday 6/23, 12:30 – 6pm
Hip Helpers for Classic Poses – Sunday 6/24, 1pm – 6:30pm
Open to yoga teachers, group fitness instructors, massage therapists, personal trainers, and movement professionals.
