Join Anusara yoga teacher, Zhenja la Rosa at Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia for a weekend of workshops!
The gift of life offers a double boon to the yogi: the invitation to receive and love ourselves just as we are; and the challenge to imagine a self that is more than just the self that was given. Yoga invites us to seize upon the particular opportunity of what it means to be YOU and then create the self of your imagination. You become the person you practice being, and so at any moment you can step into the self you want to become. Put that self into practice!
Wishing you a very Happy Halloween Weekend!
