Into the Stars - Your Weekly Horoscope (July 27-August 2, 2015)

This week we transition from July into August.

The moon will slide through Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.

The big news is that we have the second full moon of the month (often referred to as a Blue Moon) on Friday, the last day of July. Aquarius Full Moon will occur on Friday morning at 3:43 a.m. PDT.

Full Moons signify wholeness, a completion of a particular cycle, and always stir up lunacy, or moon madness.

The full moon in the sign of Aquarius exaggerates eccentric behavior, genius revelations, a drive toward freedom, and unexpected occurrences. Later in the morning newly retrograde Venus leaves Virgo for Leo. Remember, Venus is retrograde from July 25-September 6, giving us a more introspective energy regarding our feelings about love and money issues. There will be some work to do.

On Saturday night, late Saturn turns direct. Saturn is known as the Taskmaster of the zodiac, the ruler of karma, rules and discipline.

This weekend is also when some of us celebrate the festival of Lammas, considered the first harvest festival, the first inclination in the summertime that fall is around the corner.

It may be helpful this week to reflect on the depths you’ve been submerged in and the revelations you’ve understood.

Note: When a planet is retrograde, that means it is seemingly to us on earth moving backward in the sky rather than forward, which is just an illusion. During a planet’s retrograde cycle, which varies greatly depending on the planet, the energies of the planet can be exaggerated and felt or expressed more internally rather than externally.
