It’s hot out, real hot, and when it’s hot I like to stay cool with sumptuous fruits like mangos packed with a bite!
This spin on a Mojito is just that: tropical, fresh, tasty and refreshing. You could swap out the mango for strawberries, blueberries, really any sort of stone fruit, and it’s magnificent!!
Mangos are also extremely rich in beta-carotene, as well as magnesium and other great minerals, pair that with the vitamin C packed lemon and soon you will be looking at fresh fruit mojitos differently!
:: 1 mango (peeled and cubed)
:: 1 lemon (juiced)
:: togarashi (to taste, optional)
:: 1 tsp. sriracha (optional)
:: 1 shot (rum of choice)
:: 1/4 c. seltzer (sodium free, sugar free)
:: 1 tbsp. agave (optional, honey)
:: 2 tbsp. orange mint (leave leafs whole)
Blend, fruit, lemon juice, sriracha, agave, togarashi, rum. Add seltzer, pour over ice enjoy!!
