As a B.F.A Dance major at The Boston Conservatory, I began practicing yoga to supplement my dance training and to ungrip my tight hips. Over time, yoga became a way for me to reintegrate physically and emotionally.
A dance injury led me to pursue extensive studies in the anatomy and physiology of the practice, and I made the shift to teaching full time.
As a Certified PhysiYoga Global Professional, I work with clients to help rehabilitate the body and the breath by creating optimal neuromuscular connections through movement and breath.
