This weekend, Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons will kick off their 100-hr advanced teacher training in beautiful Greece.

This module focuses on developing and refining skills in composing and crafting your voice as a teacher. You will explore teaching strategies and tools for teaching Embodied Flow™. Through expression, you will expand your art of languaging, your capacity to read and respond to the classroom resonance, strengthen your vocal/physical instrument, take the seat of the teacher, and rarefy your skills in physical / subtle adjustments and therapeutics.

Immerse yourself in a weekend of Thai Massage with Paul Fowler at Moksha Yoga. 

This weekend is designed to introduce the amazing floor-based practice of Thai bodywork to those with little or no experience in floor bodywork. You will learn to relax while using your body weight and gravity to apply firm pressure. You will gain confidence using a wide variety of stretching techniques while gently stretching yourself as well. This workshop is designed for beginners but all will benefit. Experience is not necessary. You must feel somewhat comfortable on your knees. All levels.

Alex Dawson will be tearing it up at Wanderlust Hollywood–be there or be square. 

Join Alex Dawson and musical guests, John von Seggern and Matt Piper, on the Summit for Nights of Bhakti. This FREE evening of chanting with friends will surely bring you to a state of summertime bliss.  

Alex began teaching yoga in 2002 for the Broadway cast of ‘The Graduate.’ She trained at Sonic Yoga in New York and also studied with Shiva Rea, Mark Whitwell, and learned Vedic Meditation with Thom Knoles. She is a Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball practitioner, certified in Pilates mat, and recently completed a level one Reiki training.
