Hello yogis!

This time of year is about self-care. During the summertime, it can be easy to forget to keep up with our practices or rituals and just go with the flow. But once the days start to get shorter and the air starts to get a bit more brisk, it’s important to take some time to check in with ourselves. Giving yourself time each day to explore your body and mind through practice and breathwork can revitalize your senses, increase vitality, and quiet the mind. It too can help you to experience each moment with a sense of newness and curiosity.

Wanderlust is hosting its 108 event in Miami this Saturday! The 108 is a “field day for your mind, body, and soul,” sure to leave you feeling nourished physically and spiritually. 

Join thousands of yogis for a 5k run (or walk, skip, saunter), 75 minutes of DJ-accompanied yoga, and a 30-minute guided meditation, as well as great local food and threads and bonus activities ranging from acroyoga to tribal marking. Devi 2000, Chicago’s premier Kirtan group, will be leading a Kirtan gathering this Saturday at Moksha Studio in Chicago. Kirtan is a yogic practice of call and response mantras. The sanskrit chants are simple and strong, and are of the devotional Bhakti tradition.
