Love to surf? Join Sally Aldrin and Bristol Dunlap in beautiful Sumatra Indonesia this weekend. The retreat will focus on different yamas each day. Take some time away from your daily life to rejuvenate your awareness, and your relationships both with others and with yourself.
Simeulue is a western island of Sumatra, and is said to be a “gem (that) few tourists and surfers get to.” What better place to find your bliss?

Join teacher Stasia Holmes at Moksha Yoga Center to learn about dream-states and sleep through a yogic lens. Through her own experiences with insomnia and anxiety, Stasia has learned to cultivate awareness through breath to promote clarity of mind and restful sleep. Her classes emphasize creating an ease of mind through alignment of the body and breathing techniques.
The workshop will begin with a 60-minute lecture on dream theory, yogic philosophy, and ayurvedic techniques for promoting restful sleep, followed by a 90-minute yoga practice and guided meditation.

Embrace the Goddess that you are and join Justine Sutherland this weekend at Sivananda Yoga Ranch in Upstate New York! If you’ve been aching to try out inversions but feel intimidated trying in the middle of a class filled with people, this workshop is for you. At Pure Yoga West, teacher Erica Mather will provide you with the tools to build up arm strength and practice going upside-down with confidence.
This workshop is a safe environment for you to learn to fly, and most importantly, to have fun (safely).

Head to Moksha Yoga Center this Saturday for partner yoga! Bring a friend and learn to balance and trust as you work through poses together. You will learn to adjust according to each other’s strength and flexibility, and find compassion both for one another and for yourself by learning to move with another’s breath.
You do not need to be the same level or body type as your partner. All pairs are welcome and encouraged! Led by advanced teacher Lance Hoagland.

Bender is an “urban playground for body and soul,” known for their parties that incorporate yoga, dance, art, and culture. This weekend they’re hosting a rooftop yoga event at The Standard in Downtown LA, followed by a pool party.
Enjoy a 70-minute vinyasa yoga class set to the music of resident DJs and soak in the beautiful energy of a community of yogis.

Wanderlust is heading to Washington, D.C., this weekend for their 108 event, a “field day for your mind, body, and soul.”
Join thousands of yogis for a 5k run (or walk, skip, saunter), 75 minutes of DJ-accompanied yoga, and a 30-minute guided meditation, as well as great local food and threads and bonus activities ranging from acroyoga to tribal marking. Reconnect with yourself and your community for a challenging and deeply rewarding day of love and light.

Breakti, a practice developed by Anya Porter, is a fusion of breakdance and yoga. If you’ve ever wanted to try out breakdancing but don’t quite know how to approach it, head to YogaWorks Soho for a fun and informative introduction. This workshop will help you to discover a range of motion and postures associated with breakdance through the alignment principles of yoga.
Teacher Sasha Nelson will guide you through this practice with a focus on developing fearlessness and approaching one’s fears with compassion and laughter.
