Scott Harig leads the Pure Runners Candlelight Flow and Yoga Nidra Charity Class, a heated power flow with deep hip opening sequence followed by restorative meditation. Proceeds go to Fred’s Team, an athletic fundraising program devoted to raising money for cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
