The Texas Yoga Conference is this weekend! From February 25th – 27th, the University of St. Thomas campus in Houston will be home to some of the country and the world’s best yoga teachers as they join forces for one of the greatest Yoga events of the year – hosted by our dear friend (and conference presenter!) Jennifer Buergermeister!

Want to learn more about the many different styles and lineages of yoga? Want to practice, a lot? Come to the University of St. Thomas, Jerabeck Athletic Center in Houston, TX on Feb 25-27, 2011 to enjoy and learn about the art of yoga at the 2011 Texas Yoga Conference. With over 72 presentations, you can take yoga classes with some of the top instructors in the world.

A health and wellness destination, as well as a natural scenic treasure, Cannon Beach, OR will host the first Cannon Beach Yoga Festival, February 25-27, 2011. The small coastal town welcomes yoga students of all levels for a weekend of yoga, meditation, music, art, food, massage & body work, shopping, and celebration.

The esteemed faculty of yoga teachers are Alan Finger, South African Tantric and Kriya Yoga Master, founder of ISHTA Yoga and cofounder of Yoga Zone, Be Yoga and Yoga Works.  Sarah Platt-Finger, director of the ISHTA Yoga Teacher Training program.  Julie Gudmestad, PT, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and a licensed physical therapist, director of Gudmestad Yoga Studio, and author of Yoga Journal’s anatomy column for seven years.  Tiffany Cruikshank, directs her own yoga teacher training program, teaches yoga classes, retreats and workshops worldwide, and is the acupuncturist at Nike World Headquarters in Oregon.
