#YouTubeTuesday: Yoga for Runners

Runners, you're known for being tight, but that shouldn't stop you from going to your mat and soothing your muscles while stabilizing your joints. 

This practice from Yoga With Adriene offers a great release and rehab after a good run or cardio. It stays low to the ground and is meant to make the practitioner feel good — allow, release, balance, and restore. 

Poses: Baddha Konasana, Wide-Legged Seated Forward Fold, Lunge, Child's Pose, Cat-Cows, Half Splits, Runner's Lunge, Half Pigeon, Half-Lord of the Fishes, Savasana
